白血病(acute leukemia, AL)是起源于骨髓造血干细胞的恶性克隆性疾病,急性髓系白血病(acute myelogenous leukemia, AML)是其中的一种,是目前最主要的急性白血病亚型。现阶段研究表明,在AML中,Wnt通路对维持LSCs功能尤为重要,山豆根中的生物碱类、黄酮类、苯并呋喃类、三萜类、多糖类等化合物具有良好的抗肿瘤活性,可通过多成分、多靶点、多途径抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、分化、迁移和诱导凋亡,对多种类型的恶性肿瘤均有较好的抗癌效果。本文阐述了山豆根治疗白血病及肿瘤通路研究进展及现状,为山豆根治疗血液肿瘤提供参考。Acute leukemia (AL) is a malignant clonal disease originating from bone marrow hematopoietic stem cells, and acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is one of them, currently the most common subtype of acute leukemia. At present, research has shown that the Wnt pathway is particularly important in maintaining the function of LSCs in AML. Alkaloids, flavonoids, benzofurans, triterpenoids, polysaccharides, and other compounds in Sophora alopecuroides root have good anti-tumor activity and can inhibit tumor cell proliferation, differentiation, migration, and induce apoptosis through multiple components, targets, and pathways. They have good anti-cancer effects on various types of malignant tumors. This article elaborates on the research progress and current status of Shandougen in the treatment of leukemia and tumor pathways, providing reference for Shandougen in the treatment of hematological tumors.
